I want to recommend Dowd Mechanical for their excellent, prompt, and thorough service. Fran, the technician, was on time and explained everything as he was completing our checkup. It is not often today that you get this high quality, courteous, and professional service. We are so happy that we retained Dowd and I would urge anyone looking for heating and air conditioning to use them as well.
Technicians and installers were very professional and explained everything. The job was done in a timely matter. They cleaned up after installation. AC unit is working like a charm, No complaints at all. Definitely would recommend Dowd Mechanical to friends and family.
Dowd Mechanical came out next day and Dennis diagnosed heater issue within 15 mins. He provided cleaning of unit and set up service plan for very reasonable price. Heater is back working good as new! Appreciate Dowd coming out on a weekend and providing efficient service.

The Comfort Consultant was honest and gave us good options. Helped choose the best choice for our house. The gentlemen that installed our new system were great. They did a great job, left everything clean and working properly. I have had no problems since. We will continue to use their services going forward.
